If your Skydio Enterprise Controller is in an unresponsive or other off-nominal state, you may need to perform a hard reset. This will power off the controller and allow you to reboot.

To reset your Controller:

Step 1 - Press the hard reset button

There are two versions of the Skydio Enterprise Controller. To tell the difference, check the Model number located on the back.

If your controller model number ends in SBR or S, this is the Skydio Enterprise Controller-S. The reset button is located on the front of the controller. 

If your controller model number ends in a BR or does not have any letters following the model number, this is the Skydio Enterprise Controller. The reset button is located on the top of the controller.

Step 2 - Select Power Off or Restart

The controller will restart or power off, allowing you to power it back on again
