What’s the issue?

When connecting your Android device to the Skydio 2 Controller, you see the following message in the Skydio Enterprise app:


This may occur if you have both the Skydio Enterprise app and the Skydio 2 app installed on your device, and you select one app to Always be used with the Controller:


How to resolve it

  1. On your Android device, navigate to Settings > Apps > Skydio Enterprise or Skydio 2
  2. Select Open by default:
  3. Select Clear defaults:
  4. Once your defaults are cleared, return to the Skydio app and reconnect the Skydio 2 Controller
  5. You will be prompted to choose an app for the USB device. Select Just once:
