What is the issue?

Skydio 2 app or Skydio Enterprise app (Android Only): If you have display Accessibility or Magnification settings enabled on your Android device, you may not be able to select any of the tracking icons subjectSelect.pngcarSelect.pngwhen using the app to select a subject for Motion Tracking.

The drone performs as expected in every other capacity. Tracking icons are available, but you are unable to select them.

How to resolve it

This is a known software compatibility issue with the Android platform and the Skydio 2 and Skydio Enterprise apps that our team is working to resolve.

In the meantime, check your device for any display Accessibility or Magnification settings to ensure those are turned off:

  1. Open your device's Settings app.
  2. Tap Accessibility, then tap Magnification.
  3. Turn off the Magnification shortcut. See this article for more details.

    NOTE: Some of these steps work only on Android 11.0 and up.

Once turned off, the Skydio app should perform as expected and allow you to select a subject for Motion Tracking.
