Once the Skydio team has determined the root cause of your issue, if hardware replacement is necessary, the Premier Support plan offers you the option of advanced exchange replacement for in-warranty issues*. With advanced exchange replacement for in-warranty issues, we will send you a replacement drone and a return box for the faulty one - this minimizes downtime and keeps your business flying.
