How to upload or export Skydio X2E flight logs
You can export your flight logs and upload them so that the support team can troubleshoot any issues or questions you may have. To do so, you may either upload your Skydio X2 logs directly to Customer Support or export them to a flash drive. We recommend uploading to the Skydio Support cloud as the preferred method for exporting flight logs for a quicker assessment of your issue. Skydio will never review your videos or data without your permission. Do not reformat or factory reset your Skydio drone prior to contacting our support team.
