You can export and upload your flight logs so our support team can troubleshoot any issues or questions you may have. To do so, you may either upload your Skydio X2 logs directly to Customer Support or export them to a flash drive. We recommend uploading to the Skydio Support cloud as the preferred method for exporting flight logs for a quicker assessment of your issue. Skydio will never review your videos or data without your permission. Do not reformat or factory reset your Skydio drone prior to contacting our support team.
Quick Steps
To export and upload flight logs:
Step 1 - Power on your drone and Enterprise Controller
Ensure your Enterprise Controller is fully charged, as you cannot export and charge your Controller simultaneously.
Step 2 - Select the INFO menu
Step 3 - Select Settings
Step 4 - Select Skydio Support Logs
Step 5 - If exporting to drive - insert a USB flash drive into the Controller
Step 6 - Select Export to drive
OR Upload to cloud
Step 7 - If you selected Export to Drive - navigate to the USB drive folder you want to export your flight logs to
Step 8 - Select between exporting a Single Flight or All Controller Logs:
Send Single Log - Includes all logs from a specified flight. This option will show you the history of all flights, organized by date and time. Select which individual flight you wish to upload.
-
- If you are exporting a Single Flight, the system will first download the flight data directly from X2 to the Controller. This step may take a few minutes. You will be alerted if the logs fail to load. When completed, the logs will automatically export to the inserted USB flash drive or Skydio customer support.

Send All Logs - Export all flight logs saved on the Controller from all flight history. This option allows you to sync logs whether you are connected to the vehicle. |
After selecting the type of flight logs you wish to export, a loading screen will display the export status. Once complete, your logs will be listed on the flash drive and organized in folders that match the flight IDs. |
