Designed to supplement the Skydio Limited Warranty, Skydio Care ensures that you enjoy flying your Skydio drone with greater peace of mind. Skydio Care offers leveled coverage that includes:
- Enterprise - varies by drone and plan
- 1-year plan (for Skydio 2+) - up to 2 replacements
- 2-year plan (for Skydio 2+) - up to 3 replacements

Skydio Care Enterprise
To purchase Skydio Care Enterprise, reach out to a Skydio Sales Representative. Skydio Care Enterprise must be purchased with your drone and cannot be purchased separately.

2-Year Plan
Skydio Care 2-year plan for Skydio 2+ includes 3 Fast Replacements, including one chance to use lost drone coverage (if your drone is irrecoverable). The Skydio Care 2-year plan gives you an additional 12 months of coverage for a total of 24 months.

Skydio Care cannot be assigned or otherwise transferred by you to any third party under any condition, including but not limited to your transfer of the drone. Any such purported assignment or transfer is void and automatically terminates the Skydio Care coverage.

For Skydio X10 and X10 sensor packages, Skydio Care Enterprise comes in 1-year or 3-year coverage options. The 1-year option includes up to 1 Fast Replacement, including one chance to use lost drone coverage (if your drone is irrecoverable). The 3-year option includes up to 3 Fast Replacements, including one chance to use lost drone coverage (if your drone is irrecoverable).

For Skydio X2E, Skydio Care Enterprise comes in 1-year or 3-year coverage options. The 1-year option includes up to 1 Fast Replacement, including one chance to use lost drone coverage (if your drone is irrecoverable). The 3-year option includes up to 3 Fast Replacements, including one chance to use lost drone coverage (if your drone is irrecoverable).
For Skydio 2+, Skydio Care Enterprise includes up to 3 fast replacements over a 2-year period, including one chance to use lost drone coverage (if your drone is irrecoverable). The Skydio Care Enterprise plan gives you an additional 12 months of hardware warranty coverage for a total of 24 months.

[accordion heading="I have Skydio Care for several drones. Can I pool my Care replacements and apply them to any of my drones?"]
Skydio Care
Your available replacements are tied to each individual drone for which you have purchased Skydio Care. In other words, each drone has its own set of replacements that cannot be used by another drone.
Skydio Care Enterprise
If you have Skydio Care Enterprise, you may share coverage across multiple drones.
The following requirements must be met in order to pool your Skydio Care replacements:
- All devices must be purchased on the same order
- All devices must have the same Skydio Care Enterprise package
- All devices must be the same model (e.g. Skydio X10, Skydio X10 Cellular, VT300-L, VT300-Z, Skydio 2+, Skydio X2E Color/Thermal, or Skydio X2E Color)
Examples:
- You purchased two Skydio X10s (Cellular) a few months ago. Now you purchase two more Skydio X10s (Cellular), both with Skydio Care. You can only pool the entitlements for the second two drones.
- You purchase six Skydio 2+ drones, three with Skydio Care and three without. Only the three with Skydio Care may use the entitlements.
- You have 5 Skydio X2 Color/Thermals and 5 Skydio X2 Colors, all purchased with Skydio Care. You cannot pool the entitlements for all 10 drones. You CAN pool the entitlements for the 5 X2 Color/Thermals, and separately you can pool the entitlements for the 5 X2 Colors.
