If your battery does not power on or off, you may need to reset the battery:

Step 1 - Hold the battery power button for 15 seconds. If that does not work:

    • hold the power button for 45 seconds OR
    • attach the battery to your X2D, and charge the vehicle

Step 1 - Simultaneously press and hold the C1, Home, Launch, and Pause buttons for 45 seconds. If that does not work try:

If you have problems pairing your Skydio X2D with your Enterprise Controller or the vehicle will not fully calibrate, you may need to reset the vehicle:

Power cycle the vehicle 6 Times - 

Power on = 1 

Power off = 2

Power on = 3 

Power off = 4

Power on = 5 

Power off = 6

Linux:

Step 1 - Power on the vehicle

Step 2 - Connect the vehicle to the computer

    • using the USB-C cable

Step 3 - Open a browser window and navigate to http://192.168.11.1/api/get_debug_logs

    • this will download the debug logs to the downloads folder

PC or Mac:

Update the GPS Assist now file:

Step 1 - Download the Assist Now Offline data HERE

Step 2 - Create a top-level folder on the flash drive/sd card called offline_ota

Step 3 - Place the downloaded file (mgaoffline.ubx) on the flash drive/sd card in that folder

Step 4 - Plug in flash drive/sd card into your drone

Step 5 - Power cycle the drone
