Fixes and Improvements

• Fixes an issue with multi-battery relocalization in 3D Scan
• Improves latency when flying over cellular using an X10 controller
• Various improvements for flight over Skydio Connect SL
  • Fixes an issue where connectivity on channel 153 was underperforming
  • Fixes an issue where Auto channel selection was disproportionately favoring channel 161 and therefore not delivering optimal results
  • Removes three invalid DFS channels (54, 58, 62) that resulted in connectivity issues when selected
  • Improves connection quality in congested environments
• Reduces gimbal vibration on newly manufactured VT-300L sensor packages
