To assist our support team and better troubleshoot any issues or questions you may have, we may require you to send logs or other data from your drone to Skydio. Check out our short video detailing how to send Skydio your flight logs (note that this video covers the flight log upload process from the Skydio R1 perspective, but the process is similar for Skydio 2):

Here's a quick overview of the steps outlined in the video above:

  1. Open the Skydio app and connect to the R1 WiFi
  2. Tap Settings (in the lower right corner of the app)
  3. Tap Flight Logs
  4. Tap Upload Single Flight
  5. Select the affected flight
  6. Once you've completed the above steps, go back into the flight logs tab and select Upload All Logs.

Please note, we may need to review your videos and/or flight data to help us determine the root cause of any issues you've experienced (if you have any objection to this, please let the support team know). We will never review your videos or data without your permission.

Do not reformat or factory reset your Skydio drone prior to contacting our support team.
