The Skydio Paraverse is a feature-rich virtual environment that mirrors your Skydio Flight Deck user interface, enabling the X10D Controller to simulate flight without a real drone and provide controller-based training. Access to Skydio Paraverse is via the WiFi-enabled Controller feature, which requires an internet connection. Visit How to access the WiFi on your Skydio X10D controller for detailed information.

[note]If you would like access to this feature, please reach out to Skydio Support or your Skydio account manager. [/note]

Vehicle features that are not fully supported:

  • Taking off without GPS does not work reliably. If flying with GPS, you can turn it off mid-flight and continue the flight with VIO
  • Anchor point setting does not function
  • DTED Data: Not currently loadable. Crosshair coordinates are unavailable
  • Attitude mode
