Skydio DFR Command Branding
Now when you log into Skydio Cloud, you will see new DFR Command branding at the top of the page to represent this first software solution built for DFR programs.
Skydio Cloud Transparency Dashboard (Beta)
Share your choice of drone mission data with your community via an intuitive, publicly accessible Transparency Dashboard. Allow community members to view selected drone flight data; promote accountability and build community trust by showcasing the responsible and transparent use of drones in the public sphere.
Heads Up Display (HUD)
The new heads up display in Remote Flight Deck brings important contextual information into your field of view, making it easier to fly safely and operate according to your waiver requirements.
The HUD includes:
- Compass heading - previously shown in the top telemetry bar, drone heading is now displayed above the drone camera and map views
- Speed - previously shown in the top telemetry bar, drone speed is now displayed on the left side of the drone camera view
- Altitude - previously shown in the top telemetry bar, drone altitude is now displayed on the right side of the drone camera view
- Crosshair - new crosshair to assist with positioning
- Camera pitch - still shown in the top telemetry bar, camera pitch is now also shown next to the crosshair
To enable this new display, while in Remote Flight Deck navigate to Settings > Display > Heads Up Display and toggle ON.
[note] Applies to browser-based flights with Skydio 2/2+, X2, and X10 [/note]
AR Street and Address Overlays (Beta)
This new feature adds contextual street and address information to your map view, improving mission efficiency by knowing exactly where the drone operates. When enabled, street names and addresses populate directly on the flight screen, providing a clear view of the current location of the drone and enabling operators and teams to rapidly orient themselves.
Use the keyboard shortcut “o” to enable or disable this feature. You can also navigate to Settings > Display > AR Street Overlays and toggle ON or OFF
Custom AR Map Markers (Beta)
Mark specific coordinates or points on a map, then quickly and easily navigate to those points. The destination is shown with a colored AR pillar in the camera view, providing better orientation and confidence in where the drone is headed, streamlining response.
Right-click anywhere on the map and select Create Custom Marker to add a waypoint. Once a marker is created, you have the ability to select Fly here and your drone will automatically navigate to that specific point.
- Hover over a marker to edit, delete, or view key details
- Map Markers are also listed on the left sidebar
[note] Only applies to browser-based flights with Skydio X10 and Skydio X2. [/note]
Axon Device Integration (Beta)
View the location of Axon body-worn cameras and Fleet vehicles in a list and on the map and fly autonomously to them.
Fly to an officer with one click, accelerating response times and allowing faster backup for officers when every second matters.
[note] Requires Axon Respond and Axon Air [/note]
Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) Integration with Markers API (Beta)
New Markers API and corresponding developer documentation enables your agency to seamlessly integrate your CAD system with DFR Command. Once integrated, DFR Command will show CAD calls for service in its incident panel so operators can quickly fly to calls autonomously.
Allows for efficient tracking and prioritization of calls for service, improving situational awareness jurisdiction-wide.
Keyboard Shortcuts for Brightness (Exposure Value)
Quickly increase or decrease the exposure compensation (EV) using keyboard inputs, speeding up overall inspection times.
New keyboard shortcuts:
- “ . “ - increase exposure by 0.5EV
- “ , “ - decrease exposure by 0.5EV
- “ / “ - reset exposure
[note] Applies to browser-based flights with Skydio 2/2+, X2, and X10 [/note]
Skydio X10 Speaker Support
Now supported in Remote Flight Deck, the X10 Speaker attachment allows you to broadcast pre-recorded communications from your drone while flying. Ideal for scenarios such as sending your drone for emergency response or managing crowds.
[note] Applies to browser-based flights with Skydio X10 only [/note]
Live Streaming into Fusus, Axon Air, and DroneSense

Sensor Packages and Attachments on the Fleet Page
Skydio X10 sensor packages and attachments are now visible on the Fleet Page, allowing you to choose the right drones for the job based on their attachments and sensors.
- See what sensor package and attachments are linked to a drone on its card in the fleet page
- Filter the Fleet Page list by sensor package and attachment, so you can quickly choose a drone that has the right components needed for your mission
Precise Landing Reset (Skydio X10)
When enabled, the drone will spin 360 degrees to reorient itself before each landing. Landing will be slower but more exact.
[note]The drone will not spin if “land in place” is initiated lower than 8 ft above the ground. This feature applies to flights with Skydio X10. [/note]
