Thermal Palette Controls
Operators flying Skydio X10 via Remote Flight Deck (RFD) now have access to the same thermal palette functionality of the X10 Controller, enhancing usability for a wide range of applications.
- Support for Black Hot, Rainbow, and Ironbow has been added, alongside the previously available White Hot palette
- When a new operator commandeers a drone mid-flight, the thermal palette will now match the view of the prior pilot, ensuring consistent visibility during transitions

Heads Up Display Improvements
The Heads Up Display (HUD) in RFD provides enhanced visualization of critical telemetry, including altitude, speed, and compass heading. This is especially useful during outdoor flights, allowing operators to stay focused on the main camera feed while keeping essential data in their peripheral view.
- Now enabled by default for all Remote Flight Deck interfaces, ensuring you immediately benefit from the improved interface without changing settings
- Updated compass UI improves usability
- Disable at any time in Menu > Display Settings, accommodating preferences for indoor pilots or specific scenarios

DroneSense Mission Selection
Skydio X10 operators can now easily select DroneSense Missions and callsigns directly in Remote Flight Deck, eliminating the need for the DroneSense CoPilot app. The current mission and callsign settings are displayed before launching, and you can update them both preflight and during flight for seamless mission management.
- Your organization admin must enable Mission Selection within Skydio Cloud > Integrations > DroneSense > View Settings

Postflight Feedback
Remote Flight Deck now gives pilots the ability to provide feedback directly to Skydio at the end of each flight.
- This data will be used by our Product and Engineering teams to improve the flight experience and address any issues you may encounter

Enhanced Flight Management with Groups
Adds new capabilities to make managing flights more intuitive and secure:
Group Visibility in the Flight Report
- Organizational admins can now view the Group column in the flight table, making it easier to understand flight organization and visibility.
Flight Removal from a Group
- Admins with the necessary permissions can now remove flights from Groups directly while reviewing the flight table. Removing a flight updates visibility for affected users in real-time.

Use a Single Email Across Multiple Skydio Cloud Organizations
[note] This feature is only for select customers who need to manage multiple cloud organizations. [/note]
For large enterprises managing multiple Skydio Cloud organizations, we’ve made it easier to streamline access and navigation:
Single Email Login
- Users can now use the same email address across multiple Skydio Cloud organizations, eliminating the need for alternate emails
Seamless Organization Switching
- View your current organization in the top left of the home screen
- Easily switch between organizations via the dropdown menu, which displays both the organization name and your role
- Set a default organization to streamline login on both the web, controllers, and the Skydio Enterprise app for Remote ID
[info] Applies to all Skydio Cloud customers. [/info]
Single Sign-On (SSO) for Skydio Cloud
Enhance your enterprise security by integrating Skydio Cloud with your organization’s Identity Provider (IdP).
This update provides flexible options for managing login methods, including organization-wide defaults, per-user overrides, and configuration of new login methods through SAML, OIDC, or Axon Connect.
- For organizations using Axon, integrate with Axon Connect in just 4 clicks.
[note] The Axon Connect integration will be available starting February 6th. Any attempts to sign in with Axon before then will be unsuccessful. [/note]

ReadyLink Enhancements
New capabilities improve how you access ReadyLinks and navigate live streams:
Improved Live Stream Navigation
- If only one stream is active, viewers are taken directly into the live stream
Access PIN
- Optionally set a 4-6 digit PIN when creating a ReadyLink in Skydio Cloud. Viewers must enter this PIN to access the live stream, and it can be edited at any time.
- This PIN serves as an additional step to control access but does not provide full security protections. ReadyLinks remain accessible via their unique shareable link.

Sensor Packages and Attachments Management
Manage and interact with sensor packages and attachments across preflight and postflight workflows:
- Claim, name, add notes, and manage sensor packages and attachments in Settings > Devices
- View sensor packages and attachments as Linked Devices in flight reports to track usage and performance
[info] Applies to flights with Skydio X10 only. [/info]
Expanded API Capabilities
Skydio Cloud APIs now provide more detailed data, unlocking new possibilities and richer integrations for customers using third-party fleet management software and for the developers integrating with our platform.
While end-users won’t see immediate changes in third-party apps, developers now have access to these new capabilities to deliver enhanced experiences.
- A new /attachment endpoint provides access to additional hardware details, including attachment serial numbers and their mount positions on the drone (Skydio X10 only)
- Orientation data (roll, pitch, yaw) for the currently active color (EO) camera is now available through the telemetry API
- Improved API error handling providing better context to third party integrators for why a specific API call is erroring
