All purchases from the Skydio online store have a 30-day return period, starting from the day your product is delivered to you.

To initiate the return for refund process, you must first contact the Skydio Customer Support team. See the section below for details.

How the return process works

Before mailing any returns to Skydio, you must first contact our Customer Support team at, or call us at 855-GOFLY02 (855-463-5902). To complete your return, you may be required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your proof of purchase is verified, our Support team will generate and provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the return packaging when sending items back to Skydio. Items that are returned to Skydio without the RMA number written on the package or label may be refused and returned to sender.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At that point, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within ten days.

Important notes

  • Any free or promotional items that were bundled with your original purchase must be returned.
  • Any shipping upgrades are non-refundable, even if the order was returned or refused upon delivery.
  • You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs when returning an item for a refund.
  • When shipping your Skydio product back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Skydio products are certified for use and sold exclusively in the U.S. and Canada. We can only ship warranty or return requests to addresses located in the U.S. or Canada.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time, please re-check your credit card statement. You may also wish to contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
