How to manage your Fleet with Device Pages
Published: Updated:
Skydio Cloud features individual Device Pages which enable teams to monitor the health of their fleet, including drones, Docks, External Radios, batteries, and controllers. These pages provide critical system health insights, helping you improve decision-making and minimize downtime before assigning flight systems to missions.
Device Pages streamline issue remediation by highlighting problems, offering resolution recommendations, and providing a centralized view of connectivity, settings, and overall system health.
[warning] Users are responsible for proactively tracking, examining, and replacing devices to maintain optimal flight safety and reliability based on the guidelines in your drone’s Operator Manual. The information provided by the Device page should be used alongside all materials provided by Skydio; it is not intended to be relied upon as a diagnostic tool. Always conduct a full PreFlight Inspection and call Skydio Support with any questions or concerns prior to operational use. Issue tracking and device health status is only available for Skydio X10 batteries. Skydio 2/2+ or X2 batteries will display serial number, software version, cycle count, and lifetime flights. [/warning]
Who Benefits from Device Pages?
Remote Pilots
Remote pilots can quickly determine whether a drone and its associated Dock are operational and understand any issues preventing a flight, improving decision-making and safety around assigning flight systems to missions.
Cloud Organization Admins
Admins gain an overview of all devices in the fleet to ensure smooth operations. They are able to identify and take immediate action on any devices in Limited Operation or Inoperable status and minimize downtime for pilots.

Prop Hour Counter |
|
Skydio Cloud counts the drone propeller hours to help you track when they have reached their maximum flight hours and are in need of replacement. If you see a dash “—” in this field, it means you must enter the date of the most recent propeller replacement. To begin tracking:
Once completed, Skydio Cloud will begin tracking the propeller flight hours. As your drone nears its recommended interval for prop replacement, use the Mark Replaced button to update the date and time and restart the counter. This ensures pilots and admins keep drones mission-ready. Propeller hours are a tracking tool, not a substitute for regular inspections. Refer to the maintenance guidelines for your specific drone and replace props at the recommended intervals: Skydio X10 Skydio 2/2+ and Skydio X2 |
|
[warning] Exceeding the recommended hours of propeller flight times significantly increases risk of failure. Users are responsible for proactively tracking, examining, and replacing propellers to maintain optimal flight safety and reliability based on the guidelines in your drone’s Operator Manual.
