The Skydio X10 Controller allows you to add multiple users on one controller, enabling easy logouts and profile switching.
- Each user sets a 6-digit PIN
- Only accounts that are in the same organization can be added to a controller
- Settings, media, and support logs are shared and persist between user accounts and logouts
Shared Controller access can be enabled during the initial setup process, making it easier to configure a controller for team use from the start. This setting can be configured individually for each controller during onboarding, rather than being applied organization-wide.

Adding a profile
[note] First-time login requires connection to the internet. After initial setup, you will be able to log in or switch accounts in offline environments using your PIN. Only accounts that are in the same organization can be added to a controller. [/note]
Step 1 - Open your profile
Navigate to Global Settings and select the account icon in the top left.
Step 2 - Select Add Another Account

Step 2 - Enter email
Enter the email for the new account.
A confirmation code will be sent to this email address. Enter the code to continue.

Step 3 - Create a PIN
You will be asked to create a 6-digit personal PIN for your account. This will be used upon startup and when switching accounts.
- You have the ability to reset a PIN, but you must have a network connection to do so

Remove Account - Completely removes the current user from the X10 Controller.
Sign Out - Logs out the current user. Other users will be able to sign in using their email and PIN.

Troubleshooting
If you are not prompted to set your PIN upon first reboot:
Step 1 - Sync your controller
Navigate to Global Settings > Information > About.
Under About select Sync.

Step 2 - Reboot and set PIN
Restart your controller.
Upon reboot, you will be asked to set a 6-digit personal PIN for your account on this controller.
