Skydio Cloud Cloud Release 17 (FCA)

Review Organization Activity with Audit Events

Organization administrators can now use Audit Events to review key activity and configuration changes in an organization, giving admins a clear record for investigating changes, answering internal questions, and supporting compliance and audit requirements.

Admins can filter audit events by event type, actor, and date range to narrow your review, then export the results to CSV for record-keeping or evidence packages. Audit events are also available through the Skydio Cloud API, so organizations can pull records into their own reporting or compliance tooling.

[note]
  • Flight activity is not included in audit events — use Flight History for flight records.

  • Audit events are retained on a rolling 90-day window; events older than 90 days will not appear in the report or in CSV exports. Organizations with longer retention requirements should export regularly.

[/note]

Get Started

  1. Go to Reports > Audit Events.

  2. Use the filters to narrow by event type, actor, or date range.

  3. Select Export CSV to download the filtered report.

Pilot Flight Hour Breakdowns

Administrators and pilots can now view pilot flight hours broken down by flight source on each user's detail page. In addition to total organization flight time, the profile shows hours flown from the controller, dock, cloud (Remote Flight Deck), and low-light operations — making it easier to assess pilot currency and training needs without exporting reports.

Get Started

  • Admins: Go to Settings > Users, select a user, and review the Total Flight Hours card on the user detail page to see the per-source breakdown.

  • Pilots: Go to the pilot's Profile to view Total Flight Hours.

Automated Consumables Shipment for Consumables Plan Customers

Customers who purchased the Skydio Dock Consumables Plan can now receive automated consumables shipments as propellers and batteries reach end of life.

To receive automated consumables shipments, admins must manage shipping addresses and emails in Skydio Cloud and assign an address to each Skydio Dock.

Get Started

  1. Go to Reports > Consumables to review propeller, battery, and parachute status across the organization's fleet.

  2. Open the Shipping Addresses tab to add or update addresses, then assign a shipping address to each dock that should receive automated shipments.

  3. Open the Order History tab to view Consumables Plan orders, tracking numbers, and associated flight systems.

All Time Date Filter for Reports

Users can now filter reports that use the shared date range picker using the All Time preset. Selecting All Time loads the organization's complete flight history in a single step, making it easier to analyze long-term trends or auditing historical activity.

Get Started

On supported report pages such as Reports > Flights, open the date range picker and select All Time.

Groups and Distribution Lists on User Detail Page

Organization administrators can view a user's resource group memberships and distribution list memberships directly on the user detail page. Each card shows the groups and lists the user belongs to, along with their role where applicable, so admins can confirm access and communication settings without navigating to separate settings pages.

Get Started

Go to Users, select a user, and review the Groups and Distribution Lists cards on the user detail page. Use the manage links on each card to jump directly to group or distribution list administration.
