If you ever need technical help from Skydio Support, you can invite them into your organization with time-limited, controlled access. Two user roles, Skydio Read-Only and Skydio Superuser, let you decide the level of access and duration, giving you control during troubleshooting.

  • Skydio Read-Only — Only provides viewing access to your organization for light troubleshooting; including incident markers, Axon device locations, flight history, media playback, and scan data
  • Skydio Superuser — Provides Organization Admin-level access to your organization for in-depth debugging and configuration support

[note] Reach out to Skydio Support for assistance with adding a Skydio Read-Only or Superuser role. [/note]
